What this policy covers
This policy concerns the personal data you send us yourself through the contact form on adfinancy.dk. It does not describe how we process client data as part of bookkeeping, payroll or preparing annual reports — that is agreed separately with each client.

If you have questions about how we handle your data, you are welcome to write or call.
What we receive
Only what you type into the form:
- Name
- Company name or CVR number — optional
- Phone number
- Email address
- Your message
We do not ask for CPR numbers, bank details or other sensitive information through the form, and you should not send them that way. If you need to share something like that, we will agree a secure route.
Your IP address forms part of the connection your browser makes when the message is sent. It is used solely to protect the form against abuse and is not stored.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, send you a quote. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and it is not used for profiling or automated decisions.
Legal basis
Where your enquiry concerns a possible engagement, we process the data in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Otherwise the basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer people who contact us, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who processes the data
The message passes three providers before it reaches our inbox. Each processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and the processing itself takes place on servers in the EU.
- Vercel Inc. — hosting for the website and the function that receives the form. The function runs in Stockholm. Vercel is established in the United States, and transfers there rest on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), Paris — sends the message on as email. Data is processed in EU data centres. The message content itself is not stored; delivery records are deleted after one month.
- Microsoft — our email system, where the message arrives and remains.
Beyond these, we do not disclose your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. That leaves room to follow up on an enquiry without old messages sitting around indefinitely.
If you become a client, the retention rules of the client relationship apply instead — including the five-year retention required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act for accounting records.
At Brevo, delivery records are deleted automatically after one month.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased
- have processing restricted
- object to the processing
- receive your data in a common format (data portability)
Write to info@adfinancy.dk and we will respond as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest. These rights may be limited in specific cases; if we refuse a request, we will explain why.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, we would rather hear from you first. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
